Our showroom is located at 154 Main Road, Moonah and is open for collections Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm, Saturday 10.00am-4.00pm and Sunday 11.00am to 4.00pm. Public holidays we are closed unless otherwise notified.
We run a delivery service throughout the greater Hobart area. Costs may be incurred depending on the location. We can help you organise freight to other parts of Tasmania, just ask us.
We will ring you with a delivery time either the morning of the delivery or the day before delivery. We will let you know a 2-hour estimate of when the delivery will occur.
The furniture is normally unpacked at our store or warehouse and checked over and then covered in furniture wraps and loaded on the truck with all the other deliveries for the day.
The delivery service is a friendly and professional 2-man service where they will put the furniture into the place that you designate and they will take away any rubbish. Let us know before your delivery if the furniture has to go upstairs, small doorways or anything else that might make your delivery extra tricky. That way we can at least work out a plan with you.
There is no Cash on Delivery services so all orders must be paid for prior to delivery.
Some furniture does come unassembled. This makes it easier to deliver but means someone has to assemble it, if you need us to help you with that, let us know and we’ll advise what may be involved and if it will add to the cost.
Our delivery’s to other regions may be through contractors and most likely to the ground floor door only. If you have other specific requirements, please let us know. Product is able to be delivered unassembled will be shipped unassembled and you will need to assemble or arrange assembly.
*For shipping items, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to deliver in circumstances whereby the delivery to your area causes significant increase to the cost of delivery. This may also apply to particularly large or heavy items which are expensive to freight.
In regard to deliveries we would ask that you allow up to 2-3 working days for in-stock product.
